30 minutes of intense exercises: push-ups, pull ups, squats, crunches, jogging/sprinting on only 6 days per week. That is a 2 hour investment of time for a lean, healthy body.

Overall I do about 1.5 hours 5 days per week between yoga, cardio, weights and sit-ups. I don't really keep track on weekends but working out during the week helps me to stay fit so I can swim and hike on weekends.
