You don't have to be going out with them but it would probably start something. The age should be @ 12 or 13

personally, i think first kiss could be any age, and yeah, i think you should be going out with that person. it would be kinda weird if u just walked up to a random person and kissed them, lol. but you might not wanna listen to me because i havnt had my first kiss

My first kiss with just lips was when I was 12, I wasn't going out with them, it was more of a dare amung friends
My first REAL french kiss was when I was 14, and we were dating
My advice, explore hunnie, the more you kiss when you are you, hopefully the better you are when you get older

I personally think 16 is the minimum and that you should be going out(I mean, you wouldn't kiss an absolute stranger)

Everyone's different, you should be going out with that person b/c that's something you'll ALWAYS remember it! 13-15 years old I think is the average age but like I said everyone's different!

Well i am 15 and though its kinda embarrasing i have yet to be kissed though i'd like to and if you are dating its good but if not u should both like each other or be good friends
