Could be a few things. Most girls want to feel special and making love is an Act that allows them to share it and feel it even more so.
Because the relationship is over she might feel it was a mistake because it did not get her where she wanted to be and that she may think you are and were not the person for her.
It could also be that she is trying to hurt you because of the pain she is feeling over the breakup.

my guess is that she is sad that you guys broke up. and that she wanted to make love to someone she *thought* she would be with "forever"... now that u are not together (for whatever reason), she is not happy with her decision to have given it up to you, now that u are broken up.
i almost did it w/ my first bf in college, but i actually chickened out! now i am SO GLAD that i hadn't, so that i can save myself for my future husband... having sex is a personal choice, but hopefully it is something special for you and not just something u do with just anyone. although it's very easy to take the statement personal, try not to and understand that as a woman, she probably feels guilty and a bit sad that the one she thought she loved enough to give herself to is now over.

Ouch! She might be mad, dude. People tend to say things they don't mean when this occurs. You can always find out by her. But is over, so move on.

B: had waited until she knew you better or
C: is trying to make you feel miserable and less than a man

maybe b'coz the first tym you made love she thought you're the one for her (that's why she gave in)... then, you broke up.... she got hurt... so she wanna hurt your ego by making you think you're not good in bed... you got hurt too ryt?
