Ask her. And a good way to introduce it is to play with her anus during foreplay. Rubbing, licking ect to see if she likes the stimulation in combination with oral sex or playing with her vagina. My best advice is to be sensitive to how she is feeling. Don't do anything that she doesn't enjoy also.

Try to talk about it. If you can't bring yourself to do that, than, with a lot of good lube, begin to touch her there and see if she pulls away. If not, slow insert a little bit of your finger and than a little more, and, so on and so forth. She will pull away if she doesn't want to. Be careful to read her body language and go slow, and...don't forget the lube!!!
