not sure but you need to do something....nobody should get away with that, especially if its not your fault, and you're injured...go to the hospital and get a check up right away...even if you think yu're okay...when you're done, call the person that hit you and tell them you got the bill and he needs to pay it...make sure the person sees the bill also...if they don't want to pay it for wahtever reason, you take them to court and make sure you have your witness with you...if you can afford a lawyer, work with the lawyer and they'll tell you what to do...if you can't, do what I tell you to do but you need to go to the hospital to check yourself cuz you never know, you might have some internal bruises or other things that caused by that accident...with your work? see the doctor at the hospital first and they'll give you instructions of what to do...if the doc says you need to saty home, stay home...if he says you are completely fine and you can go to work tommorow, then go...if you don't want to, thats between you and your boss

Depends on how you fell off the bike and landed (and how honest you are).
If you are dishonest and you landed on the floor flat out you could say that your back has become stiff and sore, thats just muscle inflammation and goes away in a few weeks. You cant say its any worse than that as you can be proved wrong by a medical examination.
Take 2 weeks of work if you can and go to the hospital if it was a few hours ago, otherwise the doctors tomorrow. Dont do no win / no fee - go to a proper solicitor.

I would go to a doctor so that the injuries you sustained are documented and be used in your favor in court. You can also try to collect that money back that you spend in the doctors office along with any other damages that incurred. I would get in contact of the insurance company and file a report, as well as the police.

If you have injuries, go to the doctor (if only for your health). I would report the incident to your insurance company. They almosy always have lawyers who will look after things for you (and take less of a cut than no win, no fee companies).

You should have had someone call the police on the spot and not let the guy leave until there had been an accident report. Since both of you left the scene of the accident, I'd doubt there is much you can do now.

Go to your doctor or your local A&E. Get your injuries assessed and take it from there. If you need to claim from his insurance do it via a claim company if you haven`t any personal accident insurance of your own. Good luck.
