See how your question is so provoking and mind-teasing!!! See how believers are shocked at God's being a female and they all condemn it. This shows that people create their own gods. They spend large portions of their lives trying to produce the most idealistic image of their gods. however, they can't and will never reach to this ideal image of God because they deal with it on relative proportional anthropomorphic bases. Evolution, progress and developing thinking are human phenomena that consequently develop the (idea/concept) of God in human thinking.
so If you are an atheist, God does not exist, hence its gender is non-existent
If you are a believer, you have to believe that God never needs sex because IT is a spirit (not flesh and blood like us)
If you are a thinker, you shouldn't get angry at the question. It is food for thinking and we all have to contemplate.

Um, well, God doesnt need to "copulate" at all. God doesnt have to reproduce itself, or is limited to creating life by sexual reproduction. God doesnt sleep, so no dreams.
What you are doing is called "anthropomorphizing" Its giving traits to God based on very human attributes. While its possible to debate that God's nature may be caused, or reflected in, human natures, any anthropomorphizing on the level that you are doing, thinking about God have naughty dreams, tends to not square with the attributes God would need to possess to be God.
