He has made the plans for the day already and has gotten me a gift all of which will be a surprise to me. He really doesn't have any major interests that can inspire a gift. He likes to fish but I don't think a fishing pole is a very good gift.

make a quick card, put on lipstick and smooch the card.....then tell him he''s got a gift certificate...his time, his place, his choice. That's what i would want!

I personally do not think that you should be required to give someone a gift just because it is you anniversary. You should give a person a gift as an expression of your love or as a way to show them that you care about them, not because it is a requirement or you feel obligated.
Neither do I believe that a fishing pole is an inappropriate gift to give your boyfriend. It just shows that you pay attention to him.

Depends how much you wanna spend, but whatever you do make sure its personal.
You dont have time now but something handmade is great I made my girlfriend a book that had some drawings in that I did and the lyrics for all our favorite love songs and it bought a tear to her eye and she liked it cause Id took the time to do it.
Failing that though you go looking around the shops youll know when you see the right thing itll jump out at you.

look for me it was that i was just with my gf for the whole day and that was enough for me, but that is just me

make him breakfast, and wear a very hot outfit, and mmm..... the gift can be something he likes but it doesnt have to be, clothing would be nice, you can always do with more clothing, and make him a really long letter telling how much you love him.
