I live in Austria, German speaking, and I don't think that I have seen M&M's in the store. They might have them in the British grocery store (in that case they would be the same because they are imported). Some of the cereal names are different, and some of the candy bar names are different. But, they have some different candy companies here, like Milka. Sorry, not too much help!
