I have a really hard time feeling full after I eat. I can eat a pretty big meal and afterwards, fell like i never really ate much at all. I've tried eating healthy things when I feel hungry, but for some reason, healthy foods dont satisfy me at all. I really don't like salad for some reason and I've tried protein shakes in the morning to help with cravings, but it doesn't work for me. Whats wrong with me?

Join the club. I feel the same way sometimes. Just try eating healthy, low-carb foods and a lot of fiber. Some low-carb foods taste good you know. so lets say you feel hungry after a big meal, eat something healthy afterwords like fruit, veggies, sun chips, wheat crackers etc. don't forget to exercise so u can burn off the calories. if that doesn't work tell your mom or dad and if they cant do anything i suggest you get a nutritionist. And there's probably NOTHING wrong with you.

Nothing's wrong with you. Don't feel bad if you do not have that "full up feeling". It's quite common. It's not a bad thing either. If you feel full up after eating, it generally means that you have eaten too much. Just make sure that you eat enough and drink plenty of fluids. If you feel the need to snack between meals, try one or two pieces of fruit.

first I would have your blood sugar checked - constant hunger/thirst is a possible sign of diabetes. If that's not the cause, try eating foods higher in fiber, which can swell and create that "full" feeling. Since you don't like the protein shakes, try added more lean protein to your diet (chicken, dairy products) as protein helps to sustain blood sugar levels, regulating your appetite a little better.

You probably do feel full, you just don't recognize the feeling. If you only eat when you're hungry, you're going to recognize when you're full. If you never feel hungry (i would imagine you do!) then go see a doctor. You may have tape or ring worms.

you might think that you get fillid up easier if you eat big meals but the is if you you small meals but five to six of them a day your appitite would be satisfied example oatmeal for breakfast and so on

Drink a large glass of water before and after you eat, that should do the trick.

I'm not sure what you're eating, but keep in mind that breads, cereals, and carbs usually make you feel hungry faster.
