Your best resource is to go to your state's Dept of Insurance Web Site. You will need to be a licensed agent, financial stability, state bond, merchant bank account, fast internet connection, "know" people within the business, experience and a high enough bond amount to gain company appointments, etc. etc. Not easy but can be rewarding if done right.

You need tons of MONEY and very good ATTORNEYS. Go sit down with a lawyer and ask what is required in your state. You will be amazed. I put off my small business venture for another year to save up the capitol I am going to need to move this forward with no debt.

Good Luck
