Are they still in warranty?

Use JB Kwik Weld on it. It'll NEVER come apart again.
It sets solid in 15 minutes.

Well you could try to re glue it. The only problem is if the tear is at the corner of the surround the glue wont work well there. That point sees the most stress and movement. After a period of time it will lossen up. Silicone will work very well Home Depot will have some. The other option is to send it to Kicker there very good about repairs. You would need to get an RA if you want to send it back to them.

FIRST SUGGESTION, DONT BUY KICKER, I WOULD TRY TO GLUE IT AGAIN AND MAKE SURE YOU GIVE IT 24HRS TO CURE (EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS IT MIGHT TAKE LESS) IF THAT STILL DOESNT WORK, SEND IT IN AND HOPEFULLY IF IT FAILS AGAIN, THE REPAIR WILL BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.
