There is no way to count. New sports are constantly being made up everyday, and many are sports that have been played by tradition by old generations and races, but are not available online, or have been forgotten. And there is NO way to count the number of houses, since they are practically being built every single minute. But you can count the number of houses in your neighborhood. Walk around with a notebook. And use tallying.

try to go to your local census office, they have a tally there on the number of houses built in your area. With regards to the number of sports, well, there are just too many to count, it depends on what type of sports you are actually referring to. Ballgames, board games, etc..... and rules for what> you did not specify.... how can we answer. Straighten your question.. maybe you'll find better answers next time.
