It doesnt matter when you two are around each other at a family gathering. She constantly calls having the same coversation about child support and she gets a good amount of money. The point is he answers when she calls and talk for about 10 minutes or longer. He doesnt understand why I am upset. But he gets mad when I dont make time for him.

Not to come off as being rude sweetheart. But you will continue to have this problem unless he wants to fix it. The fact is, a child with this woman. And depending how old that child is will determine how long you will have to deal with this. You knew he had a child with this other woman when you became involved with this cat...am I correct? Well, in knowing this, you know that that child is a bond that will link those two for the rest of their lives. So is she wants to call him about their child while y'all are attempting to make one of your own, she has that right as the mother of his child. Him answering to her every call and demand is on him. I'm just saying...there are prices to pay in some situations and this my dear, is one of those fees.

Get over it, he has a long term connection with this woman through having a child with her. At least he didnt just shrug off his responsiblity to his kid when the marriage ended. Stop being immature and realize that stuff happened before you got there that he still has to take care of. What are you getting upset about? The fact that he talks to the woman he had a kid with? Ohhh dear jesus, at least he's WITH you when he does it. If he was still interested in her, he'd BE WITH HER!!!!

Is he really telling you the truth, unless she wants him back there would be no other reason to constantly call, you may want to do a little investigating or maybe even get out of this relationship. I'd hate for you to get hurt, because he wants his cake and to eat it too.

He must figure this out. He must have a meeting with her at a lawyer's office or with some neutral person involved. This must have to stop immideately!
If he doesn't pay childsupport he better start right ahead to get her off his (AND YOUR) chest - as fast as possible!
