Tried to download IE7 beta3,My PC won't let me.Tried to do the registry fixes, but still won't work.

It'll probably come out of the Beta phase when they roll out the final release of Windows Vista. I'm sure it'll be packaged with Vista.

Are you running a genuine version of Winodws (one that isn't hacked).
