Check with your town - each has zoning regulations and these can vary widely.

depends on the deed restrictions. You're lucky you don't live with me, my neighbour has a huge RV in his driveway, a boat, 9 cars (only to of which work and the rest are parked in the grass out front), and his house is half way burned down from last summer and he has failed to fix it up or knock it down! What an eye-sore!

Write to your Homeowner Association or the like. Call them up. Explain your problem and your repeated attempts to solve your problem.

If that fails, get creative in a non-constructive way!

JTz your a dumba$$, just because you own the land doesn't mean you can do what you want, especially if you live in a neighborhood.

It probably is but it depends on where you live. Check with your city or town hall and find out if it's legal or not in your area

It' legal. The neighbor has all rights to have it there as long as it is not causing any problems to passer-buyers or other neighbor's.

The reason it is still there is because that neighbor perhaps own the property and
he can do what he please on his property. Then again perhaps he has no where else
to put it.
