Do you feel, as I do, that we Americans need to talk about the racism, hatred, other race-related issues that exist.

1. All issues dealing with race

2. reparations, who h e double hockey sticks thought of that one.

3. hatred for white people, it does exist.

4. hatred against the Jews, blacks, others.

Is it time for a nationwide talk to help bring peace to our country? We need peace not war.

It seems that talking about race-based topics has become somewhat taboo lately. I believe that no problem can begin to be solved until real dialog starts. However, name-calling and anger should be left outside the door, while reason and communication should be always carried into the discussion room. More than race, religion, culture, is the real forbidden topic: socio-economic class. By keeping small fires burning under the topic of race, the topic of class never gets addressed.

I think you might be a little bit of a hippie. But seriously, your a fool to think that racism will ever go away. There is always gonna be people just dumb enough to think they are better, just because of the color of their skin. It won't be until everyone appreciates freedom, and accepts that everyone is free as well, to believe, and to be what they want, that racism will truly die. I do not believe that racism can be solved by talking. It could be solved by burning racists.......but I highly doubt that will happen anytime soon.

NO!!! The USA already has race-related programs on several
issues in most of the bigger cities and some places where you work including the Military. Any way I think it is one-sided only toward one race and that is black people!!!

I dont think it should be as hard to discuss as it is but I dont think it should have to be discussed. I personally am not concerned with people who feel the need to overdramaticize things like this just to create controversy. There are more important things in life and people just use it as an excuse to complain.

Race is just a scapegoat for a lack of understanding and apathy. Until we all understand that there are different cultures and ideas out there and understand them then there will be some division and confusion. Unfortunately, I fear that may never happen.
