I have a retainer that I was supposed to wear after braces. Trust me, just wear it once every week or to bed. If you don't wear it, you will be sorry and your teeth will move back.

it is different for everyone. i have to wear my retainers for 3 months non=stop, then after that te top ones just at night.

well, as someone who wears a retainer, i had to wear it every moment of the my day for a week, but then my ortho said i only needed to wear it at night. but i wear it all time, except on vacation... ;P
