Go to an ethnic restaurant and order something that you have never had before. Something obscure off of a Chinese menu, or perhaps Korean BBQ, or fish from a Thai place, or Pizza with toppings that you've never had on a pizza. Be bold, be different, make this Monday July 17 one worth remembering by being able to say. "That was the first time I ever had that dish"!

If you're saying eww, don't knock it until you try it. Just salt the sliced eggplant to extract the bitter juices first.
