It shouldn't unless the person paying the child-support decides to bring it up.

it shouldn't affect your CSA because its the father's duty to support his child no matter what your financial situation is!
As long as your boyfriend's not supporting you financially i don't think its a problem.
You will however get a massive fine if he's found out to be stopping more than 3 nights and will have to pay back any benefits (maybe more) you have been receiving.

it doesn't effect you unless he stays more than 3 nights and doesn't pay you any money bill's or etc. I had the same thing I was a lone parent on income support I was told by them that I couldn't have someone supporting me financially or living with me more than 3 nights although he did sometimes and they never found out, i wouldn't recommend it though I know someone who got caught and she received a massive fine. Be careful x

if you are a lone parent getting income support then you could be classed as living together as husband and wife and then your benefit would cease, if its tax credits then as long as he doesn't live there full time and doesn't contribute to you finatially then this is fine.
Either way it will not affect the maintenance your childrens father has to pay as the children you had together will always be his responsibility, not your new partners.
If you need more advise then go to the citizens advise beuro, they will be confidential and cannot by law tell the benefits office anything you have said to them.

What? Are you trying to say that you have a boyfriend that sleeps there 3 nights a week? The question wasnt to the point. Anyway, if that is the case then, no he doesnt live with you.

no, it doesnt effect. but you should be honest with tax people, they will advise u accordingly. csa is not affected, was in the same situation about 3 years ago. alot of the time, it depends on ur circumstances, when he moves in with u full time, then it will effect money matters.

I think 3 nights a week is considered the maximum they can stay. Just make sure that they don't keep ANY of their stuff at your place - toothbrush, clothes etc. The powers that be are not above asking to see your bedroom, bathroom etc.

No. Keep your trap shut. you can have anyone you like stop over for the night.
If they ask. You live alone.
The only way it would affect your finance's is, if your bloke gives you a nifty fifty every week for treats. :) which I hope he does... and even that is none of their business. He is not the father of the children. So stop thinking Co-habit. Think, friend that stays over.
ssssshhhh Keep it stum
