Despite any answer. We all know that not one medication is "safe". Taking even a quick glance at the side effects and warning will tell you that. If you take a diet pill, you still have to diet and work out to lose the weight. So, its better to skip the pill altogether if you can. I was on diet pills for a couple of years and almost ruined my thyroid. Dr. said that she's seen it often. Diet pills destroy the immune system and the thyroid. I try not to take medication unless I absolutely have to.

Hoodia is a completely natural plant extract, so it should typically be safe. With any kind of supplement, you might want to make sure you don't have any existing conditions that may be excited by taking an herbal supplement.
If you're looking to supplement your diet plan, you'll most likely want a good metabolic booster and appetite suppressant. I'd suggest taking a look at Herbalean. It does have Ephedra, which was unbanned this year by the FDA - so it's legal in the US again. It also has Hoodia for the appetite suppression, so the combination works VERY well for me.
It's made by the original makers of MetaboLife, and they've improved the formula with Hoodia and 77 trace minerals and herbs. It's also an extended release formula, so you won't get the jitters from the Ephedra like you would with MetaboLife

Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.
For all you doubters, here is the prior feedback for another Answers user who followed my advice:

**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF ---
#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

Don't know safeness of it yeta s not enough sample size has taken it and no long term effects have been shown yet. Hoodia is pretty safe from what I hear as long as you were anorexic before. It has been known to make people not eat all together, Try it if your bloodpressure isn't HIGH and you don't have a High Thyroid level.

overlook about that first guy; he has been posting a similar damn answer for each question. in any case. i really do believe that Hoodia is secure AND sensible. I surely have tried a pair diverse sorts of foodstuff plan pills interior the previous and that all of them make me experience like my heart is going to blow up! they're truly no longer accurate for you. Hoodia is diverse although; it is not a foodstuff plan pill; it is an urge for foodstuff suppressant. the great factor about it for me changed into that it has no stimulants in it...only undeniable old organic Hoodia. it truly works too! i do not comprehend if it is all psychological or if there is a few thing in there that surely works, yet i comprehend that I under no circumstances experience like eating even as i take advantage of it. it is tremendous!
