Weight alone is a really bad way to judge health, looks, etc. Here's what you should do: stop weighing yourself. If you are happy with the way you look and feel, stay off the scale and quit worrying about that part. Muscle weighs more than fat, anyway.

It doesnt matter how much you weigh. Your mostly muscle, and that is healthy. By being muscular you are burning more calories than you would if it were fat. Thats quite a bit of exercise for one day. Recommended amount is around 30 min. - 1 hr. Your only option is to slack off the workout and lose some muscle. Limit your calories to 1200-1500 a day to lose the fat. But, honestly you have the upper hand with all those mucles.

nicely part of it has to do with your acceptable. like i'm 5'3 and 115lbs and that i imagine i look only accurate, yet when i changed into 5'8 i'd seem way ANOREXIC. i imagine 140 for 5'8 would not sound like ALOT. also, keep in mind that that is genuine that muscle weighs better than fat, so possibly because you seem skinny thats because you're toned. do not enable your self be defined by using the variety on the size. in case you only like the way you seem, and also you experience healthy, that is all that truly concerns! do not problem about it a lot, you're too youthful to be in touch with all that.

Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you want to cut your weight, you should cut your workouts back. Although, if you are happy with the way you look, I wouldn't worry about the number on the scale. Your best bet would be to toss the scale out on trash day so you aren't tempted to take a peek.

Instead of working out so hard everyday, you should try walking. I knew this woman who had these humongous leg muscles, but they looked kind of bad because the rest of her was skinny and then her thighs were just bulky. After seeing her at the gym everyday for a year or so, I stopped seeing her. When I saw her a year later, her leg muscles were normal. I asked her what she did and she said she stopped going to the gym and just started walking.

At only 5'1" you can't look svelt at 175lbs. You may not look fat, but I bet you look bulky. If you like the way you look ignore the scale - but if you don't like how you look check out Michael Thurmons 6 week body makeover. He tells you how to change your shape- You probably are exercising too much. You may need to switch to more stretching exercise and less per day.

I have a similar problem I have extra weight, but I workout once a week, and my figure is a kind of fit. But I have a problem when shopping, because the size I need is quite big, and it is difficult to buy a piece of clothes that I like, cause its size might be less than mine. That's why I promise and try hard to lose weight, but not very successfully.

What does it matter how much you weigh if you look good? You have to remember that muscle is heavier than fat so it's really irrelevant.
You obviously take care of yourself so don't worry what the scales say :-)

Muscle is heavier than fat. Cut back on your workouts to lose some muscle mass if the number on the scale bothers you.
