I agree with you completely from personal experience. I know several Muslims and when challenged, they will confess what you have discerned is true.

No, but there is a group called the foundation that is trying to make it so. So far the Islamic world has not developed a pan Islamic cult or consensus, except for the already mentioned group. This may change with the escalation of violence in the middle east, a desecration of the religious sites at Mecca would likely give it much more impetus, especially if it could be blamed on US or Israel. But so far tribal and sectarian differences have prevented any unity from appearing in the Muslim Islamic world.
As long as they are more afraid of each other than of any external threat and their countries are busy fighting and maneuvering against each other they should present a low level threat and be easy to eventually defeat in any possible conflict

Then we don't need to hear about muslim friends chocolate lover when you have one RIGHT HERE answering your lies!
First of all Islam WELCOMES ALL who worship Allah (which is God in the christian & Jewish religions with ALL their ways!) [False media conclusion you got there!]
Second you CHOOSE to enter Islam or leave it by your own FREE WILL like it ALWAYS HAS BEEN since it came down to earth
To make my third point very clear I must say 2 important definitions that the worldwide media is trying to hide while their countries are attcking the Islamic nations { ATTACKING CIVILIANS AND INNOCENT PEOPLE [this includes soldiers not in war]isn't Islam or a human act even...that's called TERRORISM, <<<<<>>>> DEFENDING YOUR HOME LAND AGAINST INVADERS ISN'T TERRORISM AND THE WHOLE WORLD KNOWS THAT }
So my third point is that all those who attack innocent people hiding behind the shield of religion/Nuclear weapon destruction etc.... ARE THE TRUE TERRORISTS

Islam, contrary to what they tell you, doesn't mean, "peace". It means unconditional devotion to god, however that may be.
Islam is not only a religion, but a way of life. It's more than that. Islam is a culture. There are islamic music, clothes, books, television, morals AND governments. The west has no such code of beliefs that is so uniform to a region such as the middle east.
The reason there is so much turmoil involved with islam is because of their percieved attack from the west. The west plotted to insert a jewish zionist state in the heart of the islamic world in order to spread our non-islamic ideas and destroy their culture, which is inexonerably tied to their religion. So in the face of our zionist attack, they "fight back".
To be honest, islam is a big mess that needs to be cleaned up...

So you only want an answer that ignores a larger reality. Christianity AND Islam have factions that would love theocracies established. THAT IS THE ANSWER. Right in this forum there have been numerous calls for the establishment of a theocarcy in the U.S. by Christians. Deal with it - fundamentalism is a disease that comes in many religious forms.

i believe it is a little bit of both ppl believing something and just being evil because come on, what kind of religion would discriminate against ppl like that? the true God forgives the homosexuals, as long as they believe in him. and women,there is nothing wrong with us. i feel sorry for the females over there.

Islam does not tolerate other religouns existing side by side with it. Look at the Pakistan citizen that converted to Catholicism, Pakistan's government wanted to behead him. After pressure from the USA, they deported him somewhere in Europe.

of course not.
only in the misapplication of the religious teachings by a few, narrow minded, but powerfully influential and violent thugs, does the religion of islam become so perverted.
no more so that the church during the spanis inquisition or the crusades.

No. People distort the Quran to justify their actions, as evil as those actions may be. As with all people, some Islamics are good and some are bad, and the Quran is interpreted as they want it to be.
