No, creatine is not illegal, but it is also not the greatest thing for you. It only makes the muscles look bigger due to water weight. When you stop, they shrink. Also, creatine, especially when you don't drink enough water, beats the daylights out of your liver and kidneys. I suggest hig protein, low fats if you want to bulk up and stay away from that garbage.

No. you can buy it in a health food store, or even wal-mart. I bought it, but I never ended up taking it because of the possible side effects.
