I'm a African American female, who's been wanting buttock augmentation (long before the fad) I don't want the implants, but theres this prodedure call Brazilian Butt Lift and/or Microfat Transfer. I'v always liked the way I look from the front but not from the back, or that is after I had kids. All I'm saying is I want my butt back I once had. I'v tried all the butt exercises. P.S. When you are an African American woman, a butt is a must. Yes I attrack but only from the front. I love myself, I carry myself very well, But sometimes it's hard when I or my kids see someone teasing me from behind. What to do? What to Do?

Well I know how you feel hun and if it makes you feel better about yourself and your absolutely sure you want surgery, then go for it!
I had surgery about 5 years ago and haven't regretted it once!
What I would say to you is go to your doctor and get him/her to recommend a surgeon. Good Luck:-)

I work at a hospital (I have for about 5 years) and yes I see people that have cosmetic surgeries all the time. Some of the Doctors will let you finance these procedures. Good luck to you :-)
