Someone that will be there for you through the thick and thin the good times and the bad times. the roller coaster of love. it means when things go down......no one will punk and leave the other person hanging to deal with it them sleves.........i love you means that someone will be there for you no matter the reason. someone that pushes you to your goals in life as you do them. you can tell that person anything that is on you mind and how truely feel about things that bother you.

That depends on each individual, we don't all feel or think the same way. You never know if a person really means it when he says "I love you" UNLESS that persons shows you that he does. If a guy says to you "I love you" only when he's in bed with you, of course he doesn't mean it. If he's says that he loves you, but is saying the same thing to other girls he's just playing with you.
Be careful and don't let anyone fool you saying that they "love you". Make them do things for you that will show that they really mean it . And most important, NEVER give sex to recieve love.

(O)verlook: their minor character flaws as they will overlook yours.
(V)alue: who they are and what they mean to you.
(E)xpress: how you love them not just with words but with actions.
