I used to get nosebleeds a lot when I was a kid, but grew out of them by the time I started middle school. I went to my pediatrician and asked him about it, but he said there wasn't much they could do. It had something to do with weak blood vessels. There was some sort of treatment I could get, but it was only temporary. I don't remember why I didn't end up getting it. My mom never took me back again and like I said, I stopped getting them as I got older. My little sister who's 7 years old gets them once in a while now.
I actually started getting them again last year when I started taking Accutaine (for my acne), which tends to dry everything out. If I was in a very dry room in the winter, I'd suddenly start dripping from my nose. I guess it just got very raw up there.
Best advice I can give is to just see a doctor about it. I'm sure your fine and maybe there's something he can do about it.

If it is every day, go get medical expertise. You can have blood pressure being too high or the environment you're in can be too dry. You can be around chemicals that irritate the mucus lining of our nose. You could get that also from drug use such as cocaine. If you have been hit in the nose area before, the capillaries could be the problem. You may want to add humidity to your house.

it has to do with your hesselbach's plexus in your nose. it is a vascular web in the nose (middle wall) and in some people it is weak. you need to ask for cautery. this way you will get rid of bleeding. check your blood pressure first as sometimes blood pressure is the cause and if it is it gains more importance!
good luck

Are you in air conditioning? It will cause you to have nose bleeds, sore throat, and sinus problems. Make sure the filters get cleaned often.
