Initially when I was young all that mattered was how attractive the girl was. However as I have been through many relationships that have not ended as intended I have realized that what is most important in a girl is that she is happy with herself and doesn't need someone else to make her happy. This stability will carry over into all other aspects of her life and will tend to produce a girl who is open minded, patient, carrying toward others, and has ambition to improve herself.
Sarcasm and emotion has a time and a place to be present. When these become dominating characteristics the can and are seen as turnoffs. However the type of guy you are trying to attract will dictate what type of girl he likes.

I like women that have it together.
Women that do not get frazzled over the slightest problem that arises.
There needs to be a balance of the traits that you have listed above.
She can have attitude , be funny , sarcastic and emotional when the time is right , but not let these traits dominate her personality.
She needs to be able to go with the flow of life rather than getting upset when things do not go her way.
By the way , I have a girlfriend just like this and we have been together for 10 years now.

This answer depends on the guy.

I would be lying if I said that I didn't like the hot girls
with big bOObs and a tight butt. I'm a guy after all.

However, as much fun as they are to look at, the
normal looking girl is the one I'd want to have a
long term relationship with.

As far as personality goes, a well rounded woman
will have a combination of wit, intelligence and a bit of
sass. I like a woman that is strong and independent as
well as confident enough to come to me and say "I need
you."

Every woman is different. I could find good qualities in
almost any woman. You just have to take the time to
look.

Attitude wise she should be matured, able to handle problems and make me happy. She shouldn’t think guys are imperial or vice versa. Not reserved, free going and open to me every thing without hiding in mind. Shouldn’t be shy & come forward to do what ever she/ me likes and try to learn more techniques in the bed

Funny. Everyone is sarcastic so she should be. Emotions only delay things.

Definately not sarcastic girls. Funny is fine...but not really loud.
I like a lady who has honor, self-control, & dignity.
My wife is fun, loves Jesus, is very attractive, is patient with me, really helps me with things, and is all-around beautiful...what a gift!
BTW- she refused to have sex with me until we got married (which was frustrating at times, but looking back, was well worth it...on our wedding night we really got to unpack an awesome present!).

Truly a nice well balanced mix of everything, too much of one can be bad if one depends on that part of the personality too much. It keeps people interesting.
