Let him know as soon as possible. It is not fair to him to keep him hanging on when you no longer have feelings for him. Be honest, let him know that you care about him, but have lost the feelings that you once had.

Stop waiting. The longer you take, the more it's going to hurt him. You need to sit down with him and tell him how you feel. Be kind, put yourself in his shoes. Rejection always hurts, but you can be as kind as possible to soften the blow. Don't say mean things, even if he does. Tell him what you really want, and don't say "if you change" - you know you don't want to be with him, so tell him so. Good Luck.

Trust me the longer you keep him hanging on the worst it will be on the both of you. Do you and him a favor and break it off ASAP!
