I have had a Purebred German Shepherd, but any thing purebred is also inbred so there is some problems.
My dog now is a Lab something cross 140 lbs of good natured, easy going dog.
My other dog is a shepherd /healer about 40 lbs, very smart and lots of energy can climb over a 6 ft privacy fence and hop over a 31/2 ft fence without running.
Doesn't run off just gets over and goes to the front door.
Short answer Mixed breeds ,and Adopted from the animal shelter.

I like the working dogs...Utility dogs. Rottweiller, Bouvier, Belgian Malinois, and the American Bulldog. I have had miniature Pinschers also, as well as the Pit Bulls and Presa Canario.

I grew up around large dogs all my life. Some of my favorites are Great Dane, Rottweiler, German Shepard, Weineraner (can't remember haw to spell it), Chocolate Lab, and Alaskan Malamute.

I have a Chinese shar-pei and I quite like the breed but not the really wrinkly ones. My shar-pei only has wrinkles on his face now, but I love his curly tail lol

I love a lot of them-including St. Bernard, Retriever, Lab, Spaniel, the list could go on forever . .
