Orange juice is loaded with sugar/calories. Iced tea or plain water would be your best bet.
Good luck with your dieting.

Orange juice has a LOT of sugar, even if it's just pure squeezed with no sugar added. You don't notice the sugar content because of the acidity. So I don't recommend it because juices in general will contribute to your daily caloric intake.
My suggestion if you want to lose weight is to exercise and maintain a healthy balanced diet. If you simply diet, then your body's metabolism slows down--in other words, you're starving youreself, and the body will hold on to the fat. If you exercise while keeping a normal diet, your body will be forced to keep the muscle because you're using it. As long as you burn more calories than you eat, you'll lose weight.
So my suggestion is to drink plenty of water, but don't just diet. Go and hit the gym, start running, or do anything that burns calories. Start slow and build up to the point where you can burn 500 calories a day, every day for the next month. If you're eating 1500-2000 calories a day, you will see dramatic results, without having to starve yourself.

Apple juice and orange juice are all natural but can sometimes have as much sugar as kool aid or soda. Granted it's also natural sugar but if you're dieting it's empty calories. Water is the best choice but if you need something flavored try coffee or tea with no sugar. My favorite is a nice Jasmine Oolong tea. You can drink it hot and cold and the Jasmine gives it a very sweet aroma and taste without any sugar at all.

Orange juice and apple juice have a lot of calories (even if unsweetened) and don't satisfy hunger cravings. Drink water instead, and actually eat an orange or apple.
You "doesn't" like Crystal Light?...

Try something like Ribennia light (if you want something other than water). Just look on the back of the packaging for kcals. Ribennia light or some other 'light' drink probably has a lot less kcals in than orange juice.

Since juice is so loaded with sugar and calories something I tried and liked was to halve your juice with soda water. It makes a nice refreshing drink with half the calories and can feel that needs for a carbonated beverage. I also do it for my children a lot. They get "grape" soda "Apple" Soda, "cranberry" etc. They love it

try diluting your juice with water. there are a ton of yummy juice blends out there, and a splash of juice in a cold glass of ice water is a nice change from straight up h2o.
i'm a fan of seltzer water/juice blends. low in sugar (if you keep to the one-splash amount), very refreshing.
you can also take some uncaffeinated teas, like celestial seasoning red zinger - or peppermint, if you like that better, and make iced teas as strong or mild as you like.
but stay away from undiluted juice. it really doesn't provide nearly the vitamins, nutrients, and fiber as fruits and veggies do, and you take in a lot of empty calories just trying to stay hydrated.
good luck.
