You want more room? Delete large files first, like videos and mp3 files. Burn them if you want to keep a copy

You can find and remove large files with the Windows search function. Click Start, Search, All files and folders. Then click the arrow next to “What size is it?” Click Large; then click the Search button. When you find a large file, if you are not sure of the nature of the file, you can conduct an Internet search using the file name before you delete the file.

Try uninstalling your programs that you no longer use. Go to Settings from the Start menu, click on Control Panel, and then click on Add or Remove Programs. There, you should be able to remove programs safely.
Also, I would recommend defragging your computer so your files will be consolidated thus..enhancing performance somewhat. For that, from the Start Menu, go to Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and click on Disk Defragmenter.

Great Program to clean up your computer.
After installing and running CCleaner, do a Scan Disk,
then DeFrag, shut down, wait a couple of minutes. ReBoot.
You computer will run like a top.
