I need to loose 10 to 15 lbs by August 4th....some good suggestions will help

Do a low-carb and low-fat diet for 2 weeks, like South Beach Diet, and you can lose more than 10 pounds in that 2-week period. Also, try to throw in some cardio exercises (like walking, running, or aerobics).

Try exercising just a little bit more than you eat,and eat more foods with less fat and hopefully you'll see results.

go to gym if not more just walk on treadmill and avoid between meals, thats it u can reduce ur weight without much hardships.

go on an applesauce and green tea diet. take multivitamins so you dont get malnourished.

idk....but my doctor said that by starving yourself makes it worse because when you eat again it stores that food away and just makes more fat.........so i wouldnt starve yourself......but just excerzice and dont eat fatning foods
