Agutuk an "Alaskan Ice Cream" made out of seal oil and reindeer fat. It is absolutely horrid. I even included a recipe for you. Enjoy!

Candied Ginger and Wasabi at Cold Stone Creamery. It was really good, but only with small portions at a time. It took me about 3 days to finish off a medium serving!

lychee. i still get it every once in a while from NY's Chinatown Ice Cream Factory, but I think it would be better as a sorbet.
