It all depends on wear you live and what the weather is like over there. Chances are it is just dry scalp. But if you are around lots of children it may be head lice.
Have someone gently look through your hair behind the ears and close to your neck for little bugs. Good luck

Either it is dry and needs a nice conditioning and scalp massage, or it is a medical issue you should see a doctor for. Good luck.

if you haven't showered in a few days, thats probably why. it could be psorasis, and you would need medical attention for that. try using t-gel shampoo and if that doesn't work, see a doctor.
