that god and the bible are a series of stories or rather fables written for us to take as lessons, not to be interpreted as real life happening?is there anyone else here who thinks that society needs religion..but its all a bunch of crap just SANTA CLAUS??

i am an atheies t and this is how it works. Athiests KNOW that there is no God or Gods based on scientific fact. so then comes the fact that once you KNOW something you cannot "un KNow" it. it would be like me telling you that you are not looking at a computer screen but rather a "ghkolinflo" after years of manipulation and others joining the in on the charade you may stand up and say YES !!THATA IS a "ghkolinflo" but in your mind you still KNOW that it is a computer screen!

Of course God exist. Science contradicts itself trying to explain evolution. How could a world full of may species of plants and animals that depend on each other to survive, come from a single celled organism that deepened on nothing? Without air you do not have the mammals, and without plants you do not have air. What about male/female, how did this design come from a simple organism? And that’s the key the reproduction. There is a lot of scientific proof but too many choose not to believe it. Science has proven a world wide flood. Jesus and many Biblical events have been historically documented by a few different nations in his time. I believe in God because of answered prayers. And no man can prove that my God doesn’t exist!

I believe in god, and I also believe that the bible is one big book of fables. In it you'd find that it is all written by men (no offense to you guys out there), but some of the stories were about women and how they coped with things. I think the only great person to tell it is the woman that the event happened to, but back then we had no rights what so ever and had to do what (still no offense) what men said.

Of course, I believe this...but religious freaks believe the bible word for word because they are ignorant and missing the whole point of spirituality. I scratch my head at disbelief at the mass ignorance that exists but it's OK..I mean we are all human beings and our brains are limited but I wish society would wake up and understand that spirituality has nothing to do with religion. The bible does have good lessons though. When will all religions realize they are all believing in the same God...the same energy of life.

i do not believe the bible but i do believe in islam. athiest tend to not believe in something they can not see. this is the free will god gave us. but sience and the quran are nsync so that just strengthens my faith. good luck to u and believe what u want to believe. as long as u are happy with what u believe that should be all that matters.
