If you are the photographer and looking for a lab, I'd suggest a company called TPI Photo - www.tpiphoto.com - they have great turnound service and superior print quality.

The most reasonably priced web site that displays pictures and allows folks to order professionally printed versions of the the pictures they like is Snapfish (12 cents for the 4 X 6 versus 19 cents for Shutterfly). Both are reputable though.

if you really need good professional prints at a low cost use http://adoramapix.com thy are a professional lab in NYC they also do mail order.
by the way they now have a sale on 8x10 prints for only 99 cents expiring 7/25/07
