Boil a lot of water, when it's boiling, put in elbow macaroni and a pinch of salt. Lower heat and put in a teaspoon of canola oil so it doesn't boil over. While the water is boiling cut up cheddar cheese. When the macaroni is done- it should still be a very little hard- drain it. Stir in the cheese and serve, maybe with black pepper. People have tried different cheeses, spices, and veggies, and are usually sorry and go back to this.
