Many of these pro-illegals are some of the same people that would hoop and holler if some stranger cut them in a grocery line, yet feel it's perfectly ok for them to advocate someone jumping ahead of a long line of immigrants and bumrush their way into the US illegally. Many legit people wait years to become US citizens.

However, I concur with your main point. Unfortunately the only solution is helping Mexico become more economically viable so there is not such a disparity between one side of the fence and the other, much like Canada.
