is it bad if i drink a cup of coffe while i am taking antibiotics?

Nope. Just an 'old wives tale'.
It's perfectly fine to have coffee AND antibiotics.

it has nothing to do one with the other ....... as long as u drink plenty of water ... you'll be fine
