i dont want to make one a lot bigger than the other but also do not want to just work on one arm. i want to work on both arms but bringing one to the same size as the other. thanks for any help.

your body is never the same size, don't you know that yet theres always one side bigger than the other. one arm one leg one ball one boob even one side of your head has more hair.

you have to equally work both arms sounds like youve worked a stronger arm more than the weaker arm, only resolution really is to build the other arm up until their equal, dont just stop workin on the larger arm though cos then itll just shrink basically just tone down the workout for the bigger arm lol!!

you can still work both arms but just half the reps you do on the bigge arm. your bigger arm is most likely the one you use alot- "righty" or "lefty"

Quit masterbating so much. Anyway work on your triceps more on the smaller arm you will be symetrical in no time.

You can do more reps on the smaller arm. I've had to do that with my uneven body parts.

use the samer arm to masterbate with more often...lol...sorry couldn't resist.... when you work out use a heavier weight on that arm when you use a small on the larger arm
