You can not get the estimated number but you can check which is on top of the illegal immigrants on every city from year to year .. they give surveys and it goes that way.. everyday it rise up... so it is hard to find until the end of the year.

I don't know about filipinos, and I don't know about the other States, but the statistics for Maine are:

The INS estimate of the illegal alien population released in February 2003 listed Maine as having an illegal alien population of less than 2,500 residents. This is an apparent drop from the previous INS estimate of 3,300 illegal aliens as of October 1996. That latter estimate was an increase over the 2,200 illegal alien residents previously estimated for October 1992.

Maine has received partial compensation under the federal State Criminal Alien Assistance Program (SCAAP) that was established in 1994 to compensate the states and local jurisdictions for incarceration of "undocumented," aliens who are serving time for a felony conviction or at least two misdemeanors.
