DEAL WITH IT - YOU LET YOUR BROTHER USE IT. i suggest that you need to get rid of the cell phone first. then do odd jobs, like mow yards, pick up aluminum cans etc.. to pay the bill.

call the company and have them set up a freeze on your account, and have them set up a payment plan. See what else they can do so you can pay it off. then kick your bro @ss. And tell him you wont help him out again til he gives you $300. until then Don't let him use anything no teven your toilet or pencil. Some times some people need tough love to learn

You will just have to either pay it all or talk to the cell phone company and see if u can pay it off in increments.......if you've been a good customer, they may consider that.....and then, don't let him use ur phone anymore...if you're on the family share thing, take his line off......

Keep your cell phone out of your brother's reach at all times.
Ask your Mom for the money and then work it all off to repay her. Babysitting, chores, wash cars, sell lemonade, anything!

have you thought of trying to call the phone company..and explain the situation to them..you would be surprised at the times they are willing to work with you especially if you are in very good standing with them and this is the first time this has ever happened with them...what have you got to lose??? the worst that could happen is say forget it..at least you woudl have tried!!

each call or text is recorded on the bill, let your parents know which ones are his and tell them you need help collecting the debt because he's refusing to pay. oh and break his fingers if he ever touches your phone again.

Call the phone company and say your phone was stolen.
They should remove all the charges from your bill.

call the cell phone company and see if they will take some charges off, and then sell something of his to help pay for it!!!
