Why the he.ll would any woman be dumb enough to fake it????? If you fake it once, then he'll think he ACTUALLY made you come, when that wasn't the case...so you'd be setting yourself up for bad sex. Don't fake it..make that man work it until you get what you deserve....
One time I was with a guy who sucked so bad, I knew he wouldnt get me close to finishing so I just told him to stop, it wasn't worth my time anymore.
So to answer your question...I've never faked it. Never will.
