I just went rafting and i got a fat burn on my shoulders. i work at the ballpark and i sell ice cream but i need to carry a heavy *** bag on my shoulders and this will aggravate my burn. but will it worsen it? like will it make the healing process slower?

It won't worsen the burn itself but it will probably hurt like heck. All that rubbing and chafing will actually slow the healing process and you could end up with a skin infection to boot. You might want to put something soft under the straps of the bag you carry to help ease the friction. And use plenty of aloe vera gel on the burn. That will help it heal quicker.

It won't worsen the burn. Like you said, it will just aggravate it and make it sore. It could hinder the healing process if there's constant trauma to the area. I'd do what you can to protect it from the straps.

I don't think it will worsen the sunburn, but man oh man will it hurt. I'd take some advil or tylenol about 1/2 hour before to have it in your system before you have to put the bag on your shoulders.
