I have a family recipe for quail.My problem is the market I have used in the past is closed.I need a site to order fresh quail.No seasoning,not pre-cooked,just plain,fresh quail.Thanks for the help.

Apparently, the best quail are the wild ones, because they aren't fed seeds and eat their own diet of grasses/bugs/whatever quail eat.

I know this sounds funny but I have heard that people will shoot quail and eat them for dinner. I don't know if you want to go on a killing spree, but that is the only thing that I can suggest. Or if you have a Asian market nearby maybe they can accommodate you. good luck=)

You could go buy a rifle and wander the plains of the midwest in search of your beloved foul... That's what I'd do.
Forget the market... shoot it yourself.
