i'm from eastern Europe a Few years back i was studying in the U.S and i owe some bills to a phone company and 1 speeding ticket which i will pay in full , but i owe some mony around 300 to the electricity bill ,about 900 to a phone bill and 100 to another phone + some money to other small bills which will add up Quick my bank account was in minus around 150 which is bothering me alot am trying to get them paid but don’t know when i can , i didn’t have a social security card which made it hard for me to schedule some payment when i was in the U.S.
iam planning to visit my friends in the US but I DONT KNOW IF WHAT I MENTIONED ABOVE WILL BE AN ISSUE WHEN ENTERING THE COUNTRY????. (i got the visa)
(too bad thats what happen when some students like me party too much and get irresponsible)

No, that won't matter ... if you think the customs people have time to sit and dig into everybody's personal finances you can think again ... you'll be fine ... :)

No, There is no warning at customs to detain you. Enjoy your visit.
