There is so much conflict here for the same reason that there is so much conflict in the world. Religion breeds intolerance and contempt, not peace and love. It has since the beginning of time and always will. Every believer thinks that he/she is right and therefore that everyone who disagrees is wrong and going to hell. That is what religion is all about.

throughout history more people have died in the name of religion than for all other reasons combined. unfortunately a lot of people are taught that those who don't share their beliefs are the enemy , two of the worst being Islam ans Christianity. one would hope as a supposedly intelligent species we would move beyond barbarism but i don't think it will happen in my lifetime.the children are the future and there does seem to be a move towards spirituality instead of dogma, so i have hope for the future evolution of mankind.

Well it is the fact that everyone wants to be right, and not change their beliefs. Like when people fight over gad and allah, they are still the same person just with a different name!! So congrats to you if you have figured out what is up with these people.

There is so much hatred cause people who come here are bored at work and find it fun to "hate on" people who are of a different believe. Its boring isn't it?

it seems that hate is not the real emotion that is being reflected by others. it is fear and misunderstanding. those two are the biggest problems with tolerence of others today. why are people so afraid of those that do not believe the way they do?
