i think if they produce both viable sperm and a fertile egg...and tey can put their penis in their vagina and both organs are fully formed with defect then yes

That's disgusting and poorly spelt, but yeah, I'd really like to know. I'm guessing they can't, but if they could, hmmm, man, this is really going to bother me.
P.S. I'm back with no answers. I did some reading and the so-called true hermaphrodite has fully functioning testes and ovaries, at least one each. I don't imagine any one of these poor people has tried to impregnate themselves, but.......
I really want to know. This is bugging me.

No, it'd be detrimental to the species to be able to do that because the genetic effects would be devastating. As far as I know, all hermaphroditic species are incapable of impregnating themselves.

From what I've read, most hermaphrodite are not fully developed for both genders, they would not produce both sperm and ova, so no.

i think yes if they have both functional parts. but i think usually, one of them is not functional. Not sure about the latter.
