Okay...I'm going to see a cardiologist tomorrow and I don't know what I'm supposed to wear....see...I'm going to go and take some test on a heart murmur that everyone keeps telling me is "important". IT'S A FREAKIN' HEART MURMUR, for God's sake! *sigh*...All I want to do is play volleyball! And I played it last year, AND NOTHING WAS WRONG! The stupid physical person is stupid!! grrrr....Is this REALLY necessary? Even so...what am I supposed to wear...I'll just be doing a bunch of exercises...and I am NOT wearing that gown thing!!

I was told to wear a button down shirt, loose fitting pants preferably with an elastic waist, no lotion, no powder and no cologne. I wore zipper shorts and had no problem. I didn't have to wear the gown, either. By the way, I failed the test and the 80 year old man next to me could have kept going the rest of the day no problem.

You only have one heart, that is why it is important and necessary. I'm glad I was diagnosed and I can still play volleyball, I just have to take medicine.

a gold jumpsuit with purple thigh boots would be nice. Relax. Jeans tennis shoes and a tee shirt is fine. You will have to at least strip to the waist for the ekg. The gel they sometimes use is a bit gooey, so wear stuff you can throw in the wash. If they do the treadmill you want what you can comfortably jog in. Some people prefer sweats.

One of the guys who lives here takes them once a year and he says "Wear something you can fart in"

I would wear something that is loose fitting and easily accessible if you need to get an EKG. Good Luck!
