Remember the parable of the talents in the bible? There were three servants who were given money by their master, and then he left for awhile. Two of the servants invested wisely, the third did not. When the master returned, he praised the first two servants. The bible says in this regard, "because you were diligent in small things, I will make you ruler over many things" (paraphrased). How we handle the gifts God has given us to use in this life, will reflect in His kingdom, where we are placed to serve Him.
I don't know exactly what I'll be doing during His reign, but I'm sure the Lord has a good plan for each of us, more than we could ever imagine.

Very good question!!! Adam and Eve were to spread the Garden of Eden though out the Earth. Once Armageddon is over and those faithful servants that have survived will indeed praise God. Their next assignment will be to clean up the mess. Once a good start on the mess has been accomplished the resurrection will begin. During that time the resurrected people will be made aware of Gods gift to mankind and will be taught about Gods new system. Of course more hands make lite the work. So they will be helping out to clean up the earth too. After the earth has been completely restored to a Paradise there will be one last test of mankind. Satin and his demons will be released "for but a shore while" to test mankind. Those that will follow Satin will be destroyed. Those that follow God will survive. After Satin and all his followers are destroyed Jesus will hand back to God the Kingdom and the new scrolls for life on earth will be opened.
The article below will help you understand this transition. It is entitled "Look! I Am Making All Things New"
Enjoy your reading. Hope this helped.

Well, I'm hoping to be playing with the baby tigers, baby polar bears, baby elephants, you know, basic cub sitting so the mama's can relax. That would be my plan.
